Executive Self-Mastery (ESM), is offered on an individual basis to help executives achieve greater personal and organizational success. The organization, the executive and the ETS coach form a partnership to achieve maximum impact.
Our program can address succession readiness, new or expanded responsibilities, in-place development, redeployment or strengthening management/leadership skills.
Executives will be able to: master political skills in the workplace; enhance conflict resolution and communication skills; and, identify and overcome “Predictable Challenges”.
